May I ask what you use to build your sites? And where do you host your sites?
I build them using notepad++, I don't do much HTML these days though. I host most of my stuff on Liquidweb (I don't manage the hosting for my clients), they cost more than their competitors but their quality is pretty much unmatched.

So if a client wants a site builder used so that they can maintain the site, but dont want to worry about adding all the contents to the site, that's why they ask me, then instead of coming up with a package fee such as site builder wants 10 main pages with unlimited sub pages charge them x amount of dollars, your saying to charge them by hour for putting the contents on the site? What about if they need photo's watermarked still charge per hour?
If they want your time it should cost them. You can make packages for set pricing but base them off of what you'd expect to be charging if it were hourly.

I'm aware of Homestead, they seem like a decent option if they want to manage things. It is designed for people who know nothing of websites.
