I sent him 40.00 half payment upfront for a custom design the other week, as he requested half payment upfront before even doing anything, and he hasn't contacted me at all, nor has shown nor finished anything either.

Edit: He finally spoke to me tonight, and knocked out the site index page and sent the PSD. Plans to do another page later today, and then pay him other half of payment.
