I think it's all abit too big, the buttons on the right hand side are huge! Also on the rollovers there seems to be some delay before they highlight. I personally would never use beveled buttons on a design, they're really 90's

I like the rest of the site because it's simple, colours are pretty good to. You have a very large header though, make use of it!
