[REQ] Website coded +Content Management System - Experienced coders/programmers only!

Hello, I am looking for a CMS (content management system) for a furniture website.

That website needs to be re-coded in photoshop and needs a custom content management system.

Coding
- each link on that current site much have a submenu when you rollover, a drop down menu basically

Content management system
- my client is not good with coding or anything and they will be managing this website
- content management system must be able to allow the admin to add new furniture to a specific category with a title and description and an image
- the image must also be automatically resized so it can be on the catologue page
