Old  OMG! I can't install MySQL!! help

Hi guys, I'm new to programming.. Im only familiar with html and css.

So I want to learn PHP and MySQL, and I found this tutorial: http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/

I downloaded all three, Apache and PHP installed fine..at least i think so ...but for some reason I cant install MySQL... I am using vista and 32 bit..
The part where im supposed to install with the command prompt..

Now let's install MySQL as a Service. The process is simple just type mysqld-nt --install to install the service and net start mysql to run the service. But make sure to shutdown the server first using mysqladmin -u root shutdown
I do the shutdown.... then when i type the "mysqld-nt --install" I get an error.
it says Install/remove of the service was DENIED!
Something along those lines...

Can someone help me out?
thanks guys

Delete the PHP and apache that you've already downloaded and install WAMP.

It's a lot easier to configure and saves a lot more time.

OMG... I love you (no homo). Seriously that was so easy...

So I got the WAMPSERVER 2.0c....
And I guess for mysql, it uses SQLiteManager...

The book I'm reading said there are three ways you could access databses (clients)...
1)mysql Command-Line Utility
2)MySQL Administrator
3) MySQL Query Browser

...

So is SQLiteManager another client? or would i need to download 2) or 3)???
I think 1) was included in the WAMPSERVER 2.0c I installed.

I just want to make sure I got everything ready before I dive into this book and this subject... I just know xhtml and css right now lol....
