Fraud Prevention Techniques
Well I actually need to know some of your techniques on tackling fraud. I don't want to be getting fraud orders and the bank would like to know ways I will be protecting myself from it. I said some sort of phone call, is there any type of service where you can phone them and it displays there address with the phone numbers so I can verifiy they ordered?

If you are going to be using a merchant account such as worldpay, 2checkout etc then they have fraud prevention built in. Things like AVS and CVV, there is also IP location checks. I think you're going way ahead of yourself with this whole idea in general, you don't need a phone system just yet (it would be very expensive and not practical).
When you have a website, designers and have orders coming in on a reasonable scale then you should worry about this. Keep it small and simple at first otherwise if it doesn't take off you will have invested a small fortune!

I guess the only technique you have is, questions. Whoever buys a template through you should have to answer a series of questions (more questions they answer the more chance of them telling a lie). You would then manually check each member/sale. Not sure how, perhaps a phonecall to verify their details etc, answer to a secret question?

Secret question sounds good, I am not to bothered about all of this but the cost of my account will be more if the bank think I am a high risk etc.. so I need to try convince them I am not

hi, some companies selling secure certificates have a phone system, where the person is presented with a code when they click submit to confirm there order, then the website automatically phone's the customer asking for this code to be typed in and if it has been typed in correctly the order goes through
