Hiring a Php Coder

I'm looking for a well experienced php coder who is familiar with wordpress hacks/plugins --> w.e It is called, To help tweak/add a few things to my blog,

1. Create a Grid Style page/template
Similar to http://www.imagecubes.com/?page_id=3&category=12

2. Create A product Page/template like
Similar to http://www.imagecubes.com/?page_id=3&product_id=103

3. Have a hack/mod so when it a user chooses small/medium the buy button changes (or such)
