Pretty much any freelancing or webmaster forum, we cover the same thing as they do. Some of them include DP, SP, Webhosting Talk and Webmaster-Talk.

I think Talkfreelance is good but recently interaction and good posts have gone down
I think TF staff should do a contest or someting to bring the people back and discuss properly and good deals on the offers forums
I find a lot of useless freelancer developers recently from TF
