  Old  namecheap facing issues with paypal payments

Now that I finally decided to try also namecheap (you all seem to have your domains at namecheap...) I get my paypal payment bounced
here's the message in namecheap cart

Intermittent Paypal Issues
Currently we have been advised by Paypal regarding an issue with their system reporting an invalid email address. They have advised they are working on a resolution and should resolve as soon as possible. This is only affecting some transactions but not all and is intermittent. We will update as soon as Paypal advises they have rectified the problem. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter. Sincerely, Namecheap Support Team
I know I could use a credit card but I have some cash in my sitting in paypal account and...
do you know how long they have been having this issue? is it just now or some days already?

Ive never had a problem with namecheap and I probably have went through over 200 domains through it.
