Help with the lightbox script! :@

I need help on installing this on my portfolio, the script looks nice but is being a right whore to install successfully if anybody has used it or nows how to code it then please leave your MSN as i would appreciate some help.
In return i don't mind doing a small design eg. a banner or a logo for your help.
