  Old  Why cant i post

I am trying to post a hiring in the proper forum but it seems I do not have the proper permissions. Ive been a member of this forum for months. Can a mod or admin help me out please?

Darigaz, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Im getting this in the looking to hire section. Is it because i dont have enough posts?

I believe you need 10 posts to post in these types of sections.

No, you do not need ten posts, it has not been that way for years. The rule was changed because everyone did what you just did, make a bunch of pointless posts just to get there. The rules say

In an effort to reduce problems with new accounts and advertising, new accounts have restricted privileges. They cannot use the Private Message system or create new threads in the Marketplace or certain other forums. After being registered for four days (regardless of post count), these privileges will be raised to that of normal members (being able to send/receive PMs, etc.).
Which has as glitch if I recall with members who never posted. An admin will come by soon and get that fixed for you.

Darigaz, as it was mentioned, posts are not necessary.

You should be able to post now. Please PM me if you continue to experience problems.
