When I first load the website i'm looking to see what it's about, your site could really use a small paragraph to outline the content/audience and inform the visitor of your sites purpose.

The colours you're using are very dull imo, they do work well together though so it's not a real problem. I'm not a fan of the logo text, bevel/stroke just makes me think of the late 90's and good-tutorials, you're also suffering form the problem of random shapes in the header which serve no real purpose. What's the graphic on the left hand side of the website?

The banner advertisement isn't very suttle, it also looks totally unrelated to the site, which could lead to a poor click through rate. In terms of the navigation text, you should make sure your text is aa, this will get rid of the jagged edges and make it smooth, a rollover effect wouldn't go a miss either and would probably add abit more life to the site.

Other than that, the text is clear to read, spacing seems fine and it loaded really fast so no problems there!
