TalkDeveloping - On the way
I'm working hard on getting TalkDeveloping online and this is what I have for the unique design so far, it'll be 100% coded as seen and will have a nice feature site included in the skin itself, like where the user options are found.
Let me know what you think so far.

It looks alright as far as the design goes. You have to ask yourself though, will people remember your website if they visit once? It's important to have a logo and general graphic style people remember. Right now it's pretty generic.
Another thing, there are a lot of forums these days where you can talk about web development and such. It's going to take more than just offering a place to talk these days. As we say in the Netherlands.. it's been milked dry!

I have some plans content wise that will (hopefully) entertain members and give them more of a reason to be there other than just to chat about web development. If not, then I'm going to have to try my best to get this off the ground and up there as a community.
I appreciate the feedback Aros alot.

Second what Aros said about that it's generic. There's nothing about it that tells you the sites topic.
Needs more vibrant colors as well... Looks rather dull.

Do you have any suggestions on how to improve it, as the design is still in working stages I can easily change/add things.
Please tell me anything to get this on the right track.

Not a big fan of the color scheme. It also seems like the design is going to be a little squashed, maybe I'm wrong. Other than that, the layout is decent, there is not much to comment with as it's just the outside template.

The template will be coded into a fluid-skin, so everything will be spread out on the actual site.
