I wasn't too impressed by american gangster to be honest. The start was good but they just seemed to drag it out.

I liked it. I enjoyed the story line and the prefomance's from Denzel and Crowe.

I think it was more a matter of taste than it being a bad film. I think I'm more of a scarface/snatch guy lol.

It is based on a true story which gives it extra credit aswell.
