Okay, that doesnt make much sence. Pretty much, the domain is 100 dollars, and in total you are wanting 400 dollars for this site with the forum and stuff included.
If the buyer was to buy and had his own VB, would you transfer the members and posts to thier forum?

That is what you are paying $100.00 for. You are paying for the community itself, not the design or the liscense.

The forum seems to have been livingHardcore.com when it was active according to earlier threads. Is the LH domain for sale also?

The old domain for the site was livinghardcore.com and will be included with the sale.
