Managing two or more projects at same time?
How do you manage two projects at same time?
I have a PHP script to write and on the other side, I have to launch my first website after a long time. For the website, I have to design the user interface and code a script.
How do you divide the time? What tools do you use?

I am completely serious when I say that I have a pen and notepad on my desk which I jot down notes on all the time. Your mind can only carry so much, keep writing down things you need to do, and tick them off when you do them.

I just have a text file with a list of things I need to do for each of my sites. Whenever I have free time, or make time to work on the project, I just check to see what I need to do in the file.

What's the UML stand for? I haven't heard the abbreviation yet.

Exactly.
Write a To-Do List, with sub-lists, in order of task urgency.

I sometimes do that, but jotting down on paper is a good way to express yourself. You can branch out at ease without having to use special programs. It's much swifter too, you just pick up the pen and go
I tend to only keep text files for documents such as monthly intakes, site stats etc. Files that will be updated and edited.
