how to hide the names of links

is there a way to hide a url like instead of it saying as a example

http://www.talkfreelance.com/

to change it to

( example ) http://www.testing123.com/

( in the url box )

Why would you want to hide the URL of the page the user is going to? Do you have a legitimate reason to do this? It sounds very fishy.

Explanation:
Using the URL tag we make our link to the other site,
Then we can add some text in there and it would mainly be a URL to hide the ref. link
Finnish up by closing over the URL tags,
In the above code example i had to space the tags to avoid script execution.
