How do I value my site?
Hi,
I am just wondering if there is anywhere I could get my site valued?
its http://www.bf2142toplist.com .
This month its got 10,641 unique visitors so far.
and 22 sites as of the post.
If I could get it valued here it would be great
Thanks in advance

To answer your question, a typical web site is worth about 10-12 months of its revenue while also factoring design, activity, traffic, domain, and many other aspects.
I think your uniques may be inaccurate. Are you using an internal monitoring program like AwStats or are you using an external program to monitor traffic such as Google Analytics?

I think it is counting the images you have on the other web sites.
Try using Google Analytics or an external tracking program for accurate statistics.

A website is only worth what someone will pay for it. Generally, that's your monthly revenue after expenses multiplied by 12. However, this can vary from niche to niche sometimes.

He's getting 11,825 uniques so far this month. Corey, I believe you are confusing uniques with hits.

Images on other sites counts as uniques if they are hotlinked. Because my friend owns an image hosting site and gets unrealistic amounts of traffic.. which is due to his images.

Okay thanks people.
Well my revenue aint all that great, its a topsite
But google adsnese Generates about $1 a day, and bidvertiser is doing well too but not used it long enough to get a daily average.
But if the images count as unique hts, Basically, it does count its traffic hehe.
Anyway im not selling anymore

I can agree with corey.
Normally it's on scale with 10 - 12 months of your average monthly revenue of your site, and of course little extra bits with traffic etc.

No, Corey is correct.
You need to install an external tracking system such as Google Analytics.
There's truly no equation to find the value of a website. I have paid anywhere between 12-24 month's profit.
