I'd assume such a thing would be custom made. I've never had the need nor seen anyone use that type of thing before. It's fairly easy though, using GD Library.

Like Jeff said, this type of script would mainly be found custom made; But there might be one or two available, I'll take a look.

You should look into php's gd library. It's not as hard as it looks.

OK I have fixed it!

There was a bug in the code that "forgot" to show the button!
