this happened with my forum when I went from phpbb to vb, I dont remember how I fixed it

never said i was so great, but did say a few times i had little faith in you. im not flaming never once did i ever call you names, but its personal opinion... sorry mate. not sorry for saying stuff just sorry its getting you so annoyed maybe. eh who knows.

Are you guys using PHP arithmetic functions to add up the posts from the databases? Unless that number is being cached or something, I have no idea what the problem could be.

It is an updated function in 3.6.4 that is causing this bug. I will have to rewrite part of it to fix the double column forums so that it will count the right posts.
