[Selling] Sleek Unique Template

Hey All,
I've just created this template, I was going to use it however I decided not to as my partner for the planned site pulled out.

It is the photoshop design (psd.) for sale however if coding is needed I can code it into tableless xHTML/CSS for an extra $40.
