Hey Derek , I think but I'm not sure. You can get them off the web by you can either change the details of that images or write at the buttom of the image * modified after www.thesiteyougotitfrom.com * depends what images are you wanting.

Hi Derek, sorry i didn't reply sooner! The majority of designers use what we call "stock" images. These images are purchased royalty free by the designer for a reasonable price. There are a number of stock photo websites offering a wide range of photos starting as little as $.50 per image.

Avizion mentions a good free one above, i recommend paying for the service and my favourite stock photography website is www.corbis.com. For more sites check out the thread in the "resources" forum. Hope i have been of some assistance.

corbis is absolutely THE BEST. But I started out using www.sxc.hu. Eventually you're going to have to start buying stock images. Unless you're just that into photography and you want to take your own. I've seen a few people do that. Anyways, yeah what they said. =]

www.istockphoto.com is a good site. You have to pay, but the credits are much more inexpensive than other sites.

I believe they are raising rates to $1.00 per credit soon though.
