  Old  dis.gust.in - ideas, development, earn a little $

http://dis.gust.in, a site I recently acquired will soon start being made from the ground up. But, what I need is ideas or opinions. Basically, what I wanted to do was what del.icio.us does, yet show only the "disgusting" designs, articles, coding, etc. People would need to register. Then, they could either vote in one of the aforementioned categories, or even submit an example, that shows how that site is disgusting. People would vote for the worst examples each day, kind of like digg in a way too. So what else should I include, I know it is not everyday a webmaster openly asks a forum for ideas for his sites. But, this is kind of a poking fun website for humor purposes only, so -- yeah.

Any ideas on anything else I could touch on?

Any help is appreciated, and if I like your ideas, I'll send you $5 via paypal. Limit of 2 people.

Thanks,

Damien

I honestly can't see anyone going there with such content. Why would anyone deliberately visit the web's worst content + what is the worst content?

With your original idea, honestly.. i dont get it. It's not really something that would have people coming back to. Like someone mentioned with the pictures etc, that'd be much better and it would suit the domain a hell of a lot more.

Yes, looking at bad designs, bad code, etc., sounds like a complete waste of time and not sure why anyone would go to the site. Maybe a site with disgusting pictures and videos.

Well as mentioned, videos + pics fit the domain, but are you really prepared to maintain/watch and add new content to your site?

Personally i cant say i would want to.
