[Hiring] Amazing Designer For Gaming Organization Website

I've got a gaming organization, I'm looking to expand my website to much much more then what it is now. Currently you can see what my website is below.

I need an absolutely AMAZING designer to redo a very good sleak, professional, and clean design for me it's going to be a pretty big site, I have a decent budget but I am not going to post my budget so don't ask. I want an honest and decent quote without people raising it just because my budget is higher then what they would normally charge.

I will need the main page, and POSSIBLY 1-2 sub pages but I don't think I will need subpages, we'll see.
