Ruby on Rails?

Just wanted to know if anyone on this board knows ruby on rails. I have a project coming up and would like to find a few people to help.

well ruby is an OOP language. If you think of java then Struts is an example of a framework for developing java applications for the web. Rails is just a framework for developing ruby applications on the web. Hence Ruby on Rails reffers to combining the ruby langauge with the rails framework.
