Multi-Project Syndrome
Recently, I've been getting a little stressed out because I've got multiple personal projects (so websites I've planned to release), some half-done, some the coder is taking forever on, and some just in the planning stages. Has anyone been in the situation where they have multiple non-finished personal projects, and are still thinking of more even though they should finish what they started first?

Thats the problem with running your own series of websites. You need to find a balance between them, and prioritize.
Even though I can both design and code (I work for an agency as a day job), I like to "project manage" my personal projects. Instead of designing and programming I will just develop/market the site - which is why you see me active within the marketplace here at tf.

I personally don't code whatsoever; so it's kinda similiar. I guess the real problem is with my coder which is backfiring onto me. It's very hard to find reliable people nowadays - lol.

It's a problem i'm all too familar with. You have to work with people you know are reliable. Diarise everything, and have strict deadlines. Make sure you budget everything properly, so you have enough to spend.
That, and you have to be lucky. There's always someone that screws something up.
