Looking good, the header is awesome and the colours used i like. I think you need to do more with the content area on the left, perhaps distingish more between the different columns of text.
Again, fantastic icon work (i can see an immediate money maker right there). Perhaps consider using different fonts or purchasing some premium ones, believe me they really do make the world of difference!
Overall 7/10, i prefered the design you posted earlier, keep at it bro.
Yes, I think you're totally correct. I was playing around with making the text areas slightly brighter in colour but have yet to achieve the correct colour brightness. Any ideas folks?
I would recomend purchasing the "Nimbuss" font collection, however may set you back a fair price, however fonts can make a design and eventually you will regain your money back ,
I love the design though, that header is especially nice and its got a weird atmosphere about it which is pretty unique these days.. nice work.. However i think your last template slightly beats this one at the moment due to the fonts keep it up.

I've just..well, I've set myself a target to not spend anything for the next 7 months so I can save up enough money to get my own PC and broadband connection upstairs in my room. I might..break the rules and get that font though
