Sites that inspire you

What sites do you visit to get the mind jump-started on a new design? There's a lot of great sites emerging, I particularly like the Envato network - PSDTuts, FlashDen, and particularly ThemeForest for browsing layouts. This is just the tip of the iceberg though - where do you draw inspiration?

I usually just use google and look-up something related to the site i'm building to get ideas.

There's always gallery sites like cssmania and screenalicious to get an idea of trends.

Although I find that web design is caught in an echo-chamber. Everything starts looking the same after a while.

So aside from where you get the ideas, how do you implement them into your own work? Do you jot down ideas to use in the future or do you only look for ideas when you have a project to work on?

Well designed sites normally get attention of visitors.If you customized your site properly and give it a good interactive looks then it will immediately get traffic.

smashingmagazine in probably THE best place for inspiration, for just about anything to do with design.
