Old  How do I edit posts?

Hi all,

I'm pretty new around PHP, and I want to know how I can easily edit posts which are stored in my MySQL database.

Just like here that you click edit, do I do this like:

1. Edit button if pressed
2. new page with a textarea which the value is the selected id (but how?)
3. update SQL

is there any easy code for this?

Thanks!

Nobody?

I want to make something that looks like an 'edit' button on a forum.

Sincerely yours,

Berthil Gerrits

you need to be familiar to php and mysql , first you need to get the text from mysql , put it in textarea , and let user delete it and when user clicks on save , save it again in mysql db
not a big deal if you search for some tutorials on google
