  Old  Do you use Strict or Transitional Doctype for your HTML pages?

I normally use Strict doc type.

I voted both because there was no option for 'none'. CSS pages don't use a doctype! (X)HTML does. (yes, I'm being picky)

I use strict now, since the option appears in DW 8 before I used transitional.

I use Transitional unless they are truly concerned because this world (and its browsers) isn't ready for a Strict doctype. I think within the next year though should change.

In my opinion, people who use Strict all the type are younger people trying to stay up with technology and aren't capable of thinking beyond what they think is the cutting edge. Not everyone uses Mozilla.

I completely agree with Patrick... Strict doesn't work everywhere I use transitional.

I use xhtml transitional, simply because it enables me to support browsers that don't enable css.
