How to reduce image size without sacrificing quality?
I have some bits of pieces that need to be "assembled". How can I reduce the huge image size of 165 mb without losing the image quality (high resolution, pdf format and the like). If I send it, it will surely take me forever.
What is it exactly? If its something such as a logo or any graphic that can be resizable in the future, I would recommend making it in vector form so that it will never lose quality.

you can just open the photo with Microsoft office picture manager or windows photo gallery or bitmap
then edit by reducing the size it will not change the quality
If is a JPG file the image is already compressed but if the format is a TIFF or something, you need first compress it to a JPG format. You can do that using the GIMP a free open source software, like photoshop.
If your image is already a JPG image you only need to copress more the image, again using GIMP. Important: Check the balance between quality and size.
