  Old  Violating The Contract

What can I do if for example my online employer violated the contract that we have agreed upon? In most cases, the people working for a person or company is the one who breaks the contract and the owner of the company or website can just fire or not pay the person who is working for them. What if it happens the other way?

Depending on the violation, I'd try to reason with the employer to avoid legal action but if that doesn't work, then you'll probably have to consult a lawyer about what appropriate action to take as they'd have to evaluate the contract to make sure it's legitimate and go from there.

It's not clear to me what the problem is, exactly. Is it that
you have a contract with an online employer.
the employees of that company have violated the contract?

Or is it that you're saying that, in your experience, it's the independent party that more frequently violates the contracts?

In either case the same general rules would apply. A contract binds both parties to the behavior described.

I agree with Kevin112, start by bringing the violation to the attention of your contact. If that doesn't resolve the problem, and your contract doesn't state what to do in case of a dispute, then you probably should discuss with a lawyer. But depending on the nature of the violation and the wording of your contract you may find it more sensible to walk away--if, for example, legal costs will overwhelm the value of the violation, or the time it takes to pursue the issue eats into your income-producing time.

This should be what everybody must think before going to the court. Another thing to consider in online contracts is that there is no fix law about online business therefore the law that is applicable in your place could be different in the location of your employer.
