Well, as I see it it uses lots of old elements such as animated GIFs which have already disappeared after some many years. I see you have a home, and email icon up at the top right side, shouldn't those be hyperlinked? Also, the font is pretty small, and in my opinion I don't find Verdana that great of a font, perhaps Arial?

Only now, I've noticed you used ImageReady slicing, and tables which is very terrible. Try coding with DIVs maybe?

I really liked the logo and the color scheme you've used, besides it's really user-friendly
