Please Review and Comment on my Re-Design

This is my companies website and I'd like your opinions on it.

What do you think overall?
Do you like the color combination?
Does the theme appeal to you?
Do the fonts appeal to you and are they legible?
Is the website informative?
Can you easily navigate and understand our portfolio?
Does the portfolio help you decide to use our services? Why or Why not?
What is the first thing that caught your eye when opening the page?
What was the first action you wanted to take when opening the page?
Are there any images you would take out?

Your site looks good.
But there is some issue with your banner. Check it in wide screen monitors. "View the work" line break in my monitor. My screen resolution is 1440-900

Secondly gradient used in your template does not looks good.

Try to change the footer gradient.

I'll start from top to bottom.

The logo in the middle could use a bit of work. The "orb" could use a better form of gradient. In IE the slogan disappears behind the logo half way through the word Beyond.

Orbs with the arrows, I would choose a different color on the hover as the orange kind of ruins them for me. Maybe a low opacity white?

Also in IE, whether I hover Know Us or Services, both menus expand and after I remove my cursor they open and close a few times before finally disappearing.

On the Web Design and Development section on the homepage, I would suggest a different color for the image with com and little "people" on it as I couldn't tell what it was until I moved a bit closer to my monitor, just so people can see your nice eye candy better

Nothing I can really say from there on it, I really like how you have layed your website out and what you have done with it.

I hope this helps in some form, keep in mind this is just from a personal view

@bluedesign: Thanks for your comments.
I'm familiar with what you say about the banner in widescreen monitors and I'm working on a fix for it.

That gradient helps the website flow and without it or a different gradient, the site won't flow the same way but I appreciate the feedback.

@Faze: Ya I've gotten a couple reviews about people not liking or understand the purpose of the orb thingy as they call it. Well if you click on it it'll take you to the home page. It's just part of my logo. I'll brainstorm on what else I can do with it if I get more bad reviews on it. The orange is part of my theme and I don't think I'll be changing it.

As far as the slogan being but off, that should be fixed by now and if it's not then I can't see what you mean because I've checked all my desktops and laptops

The menus I noticed it doing the double drop-down after the initial hover. I'll look into a fix for that.
