People Dealing Problem

I bought a PSD template of FiveInteractive and he still has yet to hand me incorrupt files over to me. Each time I go to access the file I am presented with the following message [here ]. I’ve asked this guy to email me the files again with fonts included but it has been 3 weeks and within this time I have sent 3 PM and 2 emails. No response, what am I to do. This is vey strange as it has never happened before.

The reason I am posting this is because I think that there may be a way to bypass this message. However the massage is very odd at I use 512 MB RAM and I am using Adobe Photoshop CS 2 9.0

Please help me and hope this gets you attention FiveInteractive. The layout I purchased was [this ]. If I can't get woking files is there any chance of getting my money back.

How much RAM do you have, I get the low on memory for my home computer sometime which only has like 256mb of RAM when I'm making a template.

i think it is a bug/problem when it involves different versions of photoshop.

i once sold a template that acted up as corrupt to the client, dont think he fixed it he just re sold it.

my suggestion is to download a trial of a different photoshop version and see if that works

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Photoshop and this has never happened before, and I work with large files 15mb and this one is only 5mb. I don't get it? It's when I open this file that a huge chunk of ram goes missing.

Try sending the .psd to a friend to see if they can open it. At least then you will know if it’s a problem with the file or something to do with your PC.

Ask him to save it as a PSD for the previous Photoshop version, should do the trick!

Photoshop CS 2 9.0 is the latest version?

I believe so yeah, ask him to save it for either Photoshop 7 or Photoshop 6, it usually cures the fault head on.

am resolving this as we speak, not sure why appears corrupt but I'll give you all the fonts and give you a 7.0 and CS saved version of the PSD, see why this doesn't work.
