ooohh Dan, my advice is to stay away from that square, on that night...went last year, after aimlessly walking around (or being carried by the crowds) for a couple of hours. Once we were into the sq, police cut off all the entries/exits, to stop more people getting in. We were there until like 1ish? There was a gang shooting fireworks at the police which was pretty hilarious slash scary! :P

This is definitely not good. It's full of chavs and people being sick. But, i guess it could potentially provide an interesting insight into what London has to offer for non-Londoners

Boyfriend got us a reservation for dinner downtown (Chicago) and a hotel in the loop. Not big on going to parties so we're just going to celebrate on our own, maybe waltz into a bar or something if we're up to it or the weather isn't too horrendous.

I'll figure it out when it comes, it mostly depends on what my friends are doing.
