Old  How do I Author Files?

On some video files, there are little fields that appear below the file name in Windows Explorer, and on the toolbar in Windows Media Player, I have created a file, and the way I ususally do it, (Right Click -> Properties -> Summary -> Simple)

I saw a tool for this designed for Podcasts, and thought mabe it would apply to other files too.

I believe this is when you save it as a wmv, it will ask you for the author, or publisher.
