bmw domain

Just picked up talkbmw.com- I may be developing this very soon. Once I get my first car I am getting a bmw so this would probably be a great project to start soon.

Trademark issues as I've already heard about a BMW Forum who was in the trademark troubles!

Really? That's not to cool, maybe they put the bmw logo on their forum for the logo, who knows.

I wouldn't imagine they would take it away as it's promoting their product.

They didnt and they even fought back because BMW was asking to handover the domain and the forum without payment!

They team of that forum tried to fight back in every manner , BMW action was very harsh as they hired some bots that would actually index every link in their user control panel , they kept eye on them.The bot was of a big company that couldn't be messed up with and all ... i know he had a bad time and I wish if the forum is still running under him!

Yes Exactly , Now think about it , The domain isint relevant to BMW but still they are making problems for that people...

Try and develop it..
