 [WTB] Startup/established sites.
I am looking to acquire a few websites. Any website goes, but preferably nothing containing or related to mature (18+) content.
Websites with traffic are what I definitely want (revenue is great but not necessary). Having great SE placement is another huge plus. Specifically I am looking for web-apps, twitter apps, and streaming sites.
I want sites with low maintenance. My budget is mid $x,xxx spread across a bunch of sites.

Don't know if you'd be interested, has 0 maintenence so maybe you will Idk.
Will sell you www.bokty.com for $50. Is running a unique script and unique design. Traffic is low but still has some about 20 uniques a day sometimes more.

Well I've got watchsg1.com, not actually up and running yet (I've got video links for every episode but I've yet to add them) but I might be willing to sell when it's fully up and running (a month or thereabouts). Not wordpress though, a custom php/mysql system I made using a custom design I got Craddock to make.
I've posted the link in my sig on some unrelated forums to get it some links, obviously not anything relevant yet so people who'd really use it don't visit before it's done.
