Need vB programmer to update/upgrade my skins

I'm looking for an affordable vB programmer who can upgrade all of my 3.5.4 skins to the newest version of vB - as well as installing the new versions on my site.

This can turn into a partnership as I will need you to upgrade all my skins whenever a new update comes out.

Assume I have no vB knowledge. So you will be working with me, so please be patient.
