  Old  Eurovision song contest!

It's that time of year again

One of my favourite past times is watching this horrific display of singing talent and then the results to see how awful the United Kingdom perform. Unfortunatly i'm out this evening at my Universities summer ball but i'll still be taking part in spirit!

I think last year was our worst performance yet, didn't we come last? Or second last or something.....Who watches it? And what position do you think we will be this year?

I reckon we can pull it off and win!

Yeah, we did really bad last year. We were the only country to get 0 points. (i think).

Did we win this year?... I have only just got in.

Greece won with a f**king awful song.
UK came third to last ahead of France and Germany.

Pity Wogan wasn't drunk this year, still a legend none-the-less though.

Romania placed hight too, that what I heard. Glad to see it happening although I don't watch this kind of shows. I'm into some "serious" music, not these joke songs.

can't stand the Eurovision song contest im afraid

i heard a bunch of people on TV talking this morning saying the UK finishes so low all the time because 'nobody like us' and were not 'part of a group' were as apparently Scandanavia always vote for each other as do the eastern european countires etc not sure if thats a load of bull or whatever not really bothered wanted us to come last again maybe then we would have give up and left it

^My guess would be taking 30 years off that age, and you'd be closer.

And yeah. I never watch or take any interest in Eurovision..
