  Old  Not Honouring A Contest?

What are your thoughts on people that start a contest and decide there is no winner? More specifically, what do you think of people that start a contest and recieve multiple entries then declare themselves the winner!? It is a web design contest, similar to those on SP.

Also, is that legal? What are my options against the contest holder?

The contest in question is (registration required):

I'm not sure that you could take anything legally against him, I wouldn't be able to categorize that in anything else but "sleezy".

If you don't get a winner, wait it out. Wait for this guy to steal your ideas and attack him then. The second he inspires off those designs, he's violated his rights to your design, and you, I believe, can take some legal action in that case.

Unprofessional, immature and amateur is how I describe those actions.
