The Browsers - Fight Of The Century
Well, I did not see a recent thread so I thought I might as well start this one. This thread is about your internet browser. Which one do you use, which one do you like, which one do you hate, and why? The browsers that are going to battle each other are the following.
- Internet Explorer
-Firefox
-Opera
-Other
I was not sure what other browsers were out there that you all used so therefore the selection Other is reasonable. Please keep the flaming down, dont go after anyone, its uncalled for. This is a clean debate, so people, get posting.
Regards

Firefox is the best, due to speed, plug ins, skins, etc.
Opera is second, for similar reasons.
IE is just **** that has its own code standards.

You're saying what everyone else has been saying, but when they switch to Firefox they never look back.
So, I recommend you make the switch, and you'll probably never turn back, like the rest.

Without all the "omgs" what is actually wrong with it? It loads fast for me and provides me with everything i need when browsing the internet. I have never understood the vendetta for microsoft, windows media player and ie and fail to see why/how their products are bad?

It's good for you, yes, but theres something better.
I mean,
If you used a 300MHz PC and it did everything for you, you wouldnt know the difference, and would use it fine. if you somehow tried a 4GHz PC, you'd probably be amazed by it, compared to your other one..
Firefox is like that. :P
Just try it and you'll see how held back you've been. :S

There products are all good but IE, god they might aswell give up with it and throw it away in the trashcan. I used to be fan of IE until somone told me to get mozilla and I never went back after I turned the pipelining on
The differences I noticed are speed, spyware doesnt install as much in firefox like mywaysearch bar etc..
