Old  Windows Movie Maker and .mov files

I use my digital camera sometimes to take short home videos and I want to post some on the internet but before I do, I want to watermark and edit the length of some videos.

Since what I want to do isn't complex I figure I can get it all I want done with Window's Movie maker, problem is my camera produces video files in .mov an extension that WMM doesn't recognize. Is there a plug-in so .mov files can be imported and converted to .wmv files?

You are better off converting those MOVs to MPGs instead of WMVs, as it is more universal. I am pretty sure WMP can play MPGs.

A quick search revealed lots of converters.
