Old  Help needed in PHP/Mysql for CMS development

Hi,

I am basically a web designer and I would like to learn how to create a basic Content Management system for a real estate project using PHP and Mysql . I have a basic understanding of PHP and Mysql and have tried out some very simple examples , but now I would like to learn more so that I can create a CMS for a real estate project . I would also like to know ways in which the database is uploaded to be used online .

I hope that the experts out will post some useful some links to know more about these topics.

Thank you all !!!

Sorry, but you have posted in the wrong forum. This is specifically a web programming topic, not one relating to web design resources.

I did a quick google search and found these link, choose the one that suits you best:

Easy, and basic:
http://modxcms.com/blog-tutorial.html

Harder and more features:
http://www.intranetjournal.com/php-cms/

and my personal favourite, good read:
http://www.sitepoint.com/article/management-system-php

there are some more experienced programmers on the forums, cant see why they arent helping you out here =/ . Anyway that should get you started.

Alex.
