I have designed a site and initially I was planning to have it as a proper site with a custom CMS for it. That is turning out to be expensive so I am thinking of now doing it using the Wordpress system and it's CMS and adding some plugins to it, to make it as near as possible to what I need.
It is a site like Ehow.com - lots of articles on how to do things
I have created a list of all the plugins I need and also have their urls -
The design is done and is very simple and bloggy looking - Basically what I need is someone to code this into Wordpress
As for the plugins - I want to keep costs down so I will install all the plugins myself but I need the guy who I choose to just be aware of the plugins I plan to install and to guide me on how to do it a little or something- I can install the plugins as I have the URLS and they have their tutorials on how to install them - I just need the design coded up into Wordpress and to have "space" in the coding or something to enable me to add those plugins.

$80 for basic wordpress theme. As far as installing plugins go, im sure that you can do them, they have simple readmes, however i shall help you install them all for you depending on what you want, im going to say roughly $5 per plugin, depending on what it will take to install.
