  Old  help in HTML file

I uploaded an html file (html.zip)
Im trying to add vertical lines just like the "htmledit.gif" example, but Im facing problems. can anyone help me with it? or edit the html file & repost it here?

It looks like tabular data to me, so you could stick this in a table and use CSS's border like this:
