  Old  Business Start-Up?!

I plan on starting my own small business in web development, it will work on internal and external projects.

For example, one of the internal projects will be working on developing a new web application. External projects will be developing websites for clients.

It will be a mix of design and development, with a small team who will based in bristol (UK).

I am going to arrange a meeting with a personal business advisor and see how it goes. The reason I am posting this is because I would like to know if anyone would be interested in working with me? Its not going to be just an internet business, hopefully we will have proper premises and employees. My business plan states I will need around 2 designers and 2 (highly skilled) coders to develop the system for websites etc.

Also if anyone has any start-up advice or resources I would be really greatful.

Well first thing is getting your public liabity insurance via a business name like a "Public Limited Company" (Plc) or a "Limited Liablity Company" (LLC) and then work out how much your annual income would be if its less then £60,000 then you won't have to pay tax but if your annual turnover is more then you it's a good idea to pay your taxs in advance via a savings account so you can pay them at the end of the finacial year. Obviously your accountant will give you abit more information with money issues but your personal business adviser should hopfully tell you all if he/she is any good.
