I love how people from the UK (most, not all) say that the American Football is stupid, isn't good, ain't real football, etc..

Then this happens:

Then this happens and we realise perhaps there's actually more Americans in London than there are Chinese.

Ah, but still, that's faster than what they sell here for.

Some people like it. Some people don't. I can't stand watching it on TV, but I love playing the sport.

Pretty much like most sports for me. Won't watch them but i'll play them.

I think you're a little delluded. No one in the UK thinks it's stupid etc., we just don't appreciate you calling it 'football', when it's not football.

Football is Soccer, were the name makes sense, yours is called American football for a reason, it's how you Americans choose to play it.

exactly, American football is only known as football in America, anywhere else in the world football means what you call "soccer".

I don't have any respect for American Football, i think its a stupid sport. The players just pad themselves up so much. It's also such a start/stop game, i don't see how anyone could find it exciting. Its just a crap version of Rugby which is a real sport. On top of that, Americans decide to name this crappy game FOOTBALL - duh, its already the most popular sport in the world, why not give it a different name like:

"i'm a ***** and can't play rugby so i'm going to pad myself up so it doesn't hurt when someone trys to tackle me"

All the people who bought those tickets are either American or have some sort of American connection, maybe even tourists? English people depise the sport.

Sorry about that, just had some anger i needed to get out
