SportingIQ - Need Ideas and feedback.

I have been meaning to launch the site for a while. I have the domain www.sportingiq.com. I have been stuck thinking what to make the site about. I was thinking about an article site with lots of information and articles for different areas to do with sport and have specialist writers for each section. I bought the domain because my brother has a master in sports psychology so i though he could write articles for it.

Other ideas were for a forum.

Please all ideas for development put them across. Also if you know a nice cms which I shoulds use post it because I can't do my own system.
